I have been responsible for initiating a project for a new integration platform at Energinet. The platform is designed to aid Energinet in the green transition by establishing streaming capabilities and real-time processing of data, as well as supporting their information management initiatives to create structured and scalable data streaming, across both IT and OT, on-premise and cloud, in a secure and compliant manner. In a company with a large and diverse IT portfolio, I collaborated with various stakeholders to define the task, formulate requirements, and use cases, and establish a team around the project, while leading them into the implementation phase.As Project Manager for the Next Generation Digital Post (NgDP), I had overall responsibility for all associated employees, operations, further development, and maintenance. I was the primary contact with the customer, ensuring the critical societal solution where operated stably and without errors. A significant task was assisting the customer in concretizing and defining business needs and translating them into technical solutions that matched business value and budget through deep business understanding. And then leading the project through implementation, ensuring that all objectives were met, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction . As Project Manager, I oversaw an internationally anchored project of employees across three teams in three countries.Prior to my role as Project Manager, I served as Release and Incident Manager during the run-up to go-live and the hypercare-period. In this role, I was responsible for defining and implementing processes related to incident management and the secure rollout of changes to the societal critical solution. This resulted in a successful go-live without downtime or significant errors. Additionally, I was responsible for quality assurance and stabilizing NgDP system integrations with systems such as NemLog-in, CVR, NPTE, and CPR.

As team leader on Næste generation Digital Post (NgDP), I was responsible for one of two functional development teams. My role was to facilitate the agile development process and ensure the team worked effectively and delivered high-quality development work. This also involved helping the customer realize business processes through deep business understanding and contributing to the definition of acceptance criteria, architecture, and user stories. I then planned tasks and defined the roadmap in close collaboration with the Product Owner from the customer's side. As team lead, I also ensured continuous skill development among team members, so the team remained dynamic, efficient, and delivered quality. Throughout my tenure as team leader, I also contributed to development tasks to maintain a deep technical understanding and provide valuable insights and sparring with my colleagues.In the first three months at NgDP, my role was as a developer, where I quickly gained knowledge of technologies such as Kubernetes, Java Spring, Groovy, Elasticsearch, Kafka, PostgreSQL and more.After the launch of the Housing Subsidy (Boligstøtte) System, I gained leadership experience by managing the development of a specific complex business process that recalculated paid housing subsidies based on citizens' annual statements. In this role, I led a small team of four people, acting both as team lead and developer.

As a consultant, I focused on developing high-quality code during the critical phase of the Housing Subsidy (Boligstøtte) project at ATP, which I was part of approximately six months before go-live and onwards. I was actively involved in both go-live preparations and the hypercare period. Additionally, I was responsible for the application process, a critical business process in the solution. I gained substantial experience with Spring, Java, JavaScript, and OracleDB.

As an analyst (student worker - part-time), I was stationed at TDC as a developer, involved in implementing and further developing their self-service solutions for private customers. I also helped develop their new business self-service solution based on ReactJS and Sitecore. Further, I worked on building business middleware to harmoniously integrate TDC's extensive IT landscape for a seamless customer experience. Furthermore, I was involved in migrating three customer systems into a unified self-service solution during the Yousee-rebranding.

Frontline IT-support, assisting on-site employees and to a smaller degree also assisted personnel on vessels remotely. Participated in rolling out a thin client system to employees, replaced IT equipment, installed workstations and other adhoc IT-support related tasks.
