second-line support for our Point of sale system. What i do: - Look up small bugs- Take care of errors regarding transactions towards the customer- Develop easy manuals so users can use the system as efficient as possible- Talk to store managers regarding problems with our system and find logical solutions for them to use- Test new transaction methods and payment methods- Quality assure the system before it release to our stores - Help and lead during major problems when the system is out of order.

As a first-line support. I had to be social with the stores and customer calling inI had to be customer oriented and help the customer as fast as possible but also be kind and a good listener so i could help to find a solution or send someone how could.What i did as a first-line support- write incidents as detailed as possible so second-line support could understand the issue but also solve it faster by having all the facts- Take calls from stores, each call could be something different. for example: Cash register down, Transaction closed in the middle of a sale, Help with hardware issues- Take big decisions regarding if the errand is a major or a minor problem and who we shall contact to solve that issue

As a Labourer at lindex, what skills did i develop- I learned how the logistics in a big company works from where the clothes are created and developed to where they where distributed. - That working hard with your hands and body for long hours gives you a real mental benefit. A benefit that you need to be dedicated to make the same result each day, especially when the body tells you that its tiered. - I packed orders to customers how ordered from Lindex websites - How to help the company by giving ideas on how to make the logistics more efficient when it comes to picking up orders- Establish new contacts and being social - Problem solve when systems didn't work - take responsibility on how many orders you have completed a certain day.

I was one of four people that started this company. I was mostly responsible for marketing, Level design but also C# scripting, we developed two game within the company.
