Avoidance of cloud lock-inI then narrowed my research to Singapore, Indonesia, & Vietnam, conducting primary research on gaps in my secondary research by creating a questionnaire for Citrix partners. This information was then presented as opportunities in the 3 countries.

I helped Grab potentially recruit deliverers from rival companies (FoodPanda, Deliveroo, etc.) through surveys. You could say it was an aggressive strategy that also provided data on potential deliverers.

Aided in transferring confidential data from ANZ to DBS since the company was bought over.
