After the successful merge with Siemens IT Solutions and Services in which I was participating as project member, I became Business Analyst of the new Atos organization responsible for the Benelux and member of the (extended) management team of ATOS. Main tasks: responsible for the budget and forecasting process in the Benelux, preparing and presenting the performance reviews with HQ together with MT and all kind of ad hoc tasks.

Carve Out of division Siemens IT Solutions and Services (ca. 300 fte's) into a new legal entity: Siemens IT Solutions and Services B.V. (100% subsidiary of Siemens IT Solutions and Services GmbH - Siemens AG). This legal separation took place on the 1st of July 2010.I was responsible for the carve out from a SIS B.V. perspective. This carve-out was executed together with the Siemens Netherlands N.V. projectteam. My tasks: responsible for part of finance & accounting (e.g. valuation), full SAP migration, responsible for SLA's with Siemens Netherlands and coordinating workstreams: Legal, IT, Corporate Communications and HR.
