As a junior consultant at Implement Consulting Group in the practice of Strategic Innovation and Execution, I helped our clients create impact and drive change within primarily agile transformation as well as project and portfolio management. During my time at PFA, the biggest pension fund in Denmark, I have been full-time allocated to two compliance projects (IDD & MiFID II) as project assistant with a close cooperation with the project manager. I have been a permanent part of the project group of the first full agile project in PFA's history, and thereby a part of the whole journey of the project; form idea generation and analysis during the initiation, to continuous system demos during the different iterations and to the implementation as well as monitoring after Go-Live. In the project, I have had the role as driver in several of the workgroups with the responsibility of many different deliveries and cross-organizational dependences. Through this process, I have developed a wide range of practical experiences as my assignments have consisted of everything from requirement analysis to strategy as well as process development, facilitation of workshops and preparation of NPV calculations and presentation material

As a site managere, I was responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of Nortlander Ski-Tours' ski destination in Cervinia including the three guides. Coordination of transfer to and from the destination for approx. 1500 guests of both Swedish and Danish nationality spread over 15 weeks. In collaboration with the local partners, we were tasked to plan, execute and conducting various events that ultimately gives the guests the best possible holiday.

Co-responsible for the day-to-day coordination and operations of the store with management responsibility for up to 6 employees. This includes facilitations of training in everything from sales, customer handling to system and product knowledge. Full commitment for sales and service to both private as well as small-business through needs assessment of the final deal.
