This has significantly changed the financial results in Stevanato Group Denmark, which the CFO of Stevanato Group recognised. I have implemented a performance management cockpit, where management meets up every two weeks to diskuss performance based on the ”red” and ”green” numbers. The resuts are shared with the whole organisation through a video. I was responsible for defining and implementing the new cost centre structure and collecting input for the CapEx and OpEx budget from all departments. Implementation of Sales and Operations Planning and the governance structure around it. Group-level senior management has recognised the method and the need for implementing an effective S&OP process. Hence, other business units in Stevanato Group are starting to copy the process from Stevanato Group Denmark.Development and implementation of a Non-conformi registration system involving the whole organisation, from technical office to blue collar workers. It has been running smoothly since the implementation. The cross-functional involvement of all the departments involved ensured the project's success.
