Creating tools using Java, C# and Ruby. Creating ETL Pipelines using RedPoint Data Management. Working with AWS Tools Glue/Lambda/RDS for ETL Pipelines. Research and development of cloud migration pipelines. Orchestrating/refining development practices for saving and promoting code via GitLab.

Building internally developed software packages from source modifying code when needed. Installation of these software packages on remote systems, the connectivity methods vary from direct VPN access to GoToMeeting as well as TeamViewer. The software is cross platform and is supported by a wide range of Linux platforms from AIX to more recent distributions, ie. RHEL and CentOS. The applications are also compatible with Windows versions XP and above.

Supporting several thousand Linux based IVR appliances sold to the customer; customer has appliances in all fifty states, Canada and Puerto Rico. Support included investigating potential hardware issues, identifying bugs with internally developed software, updating software, disk space management, and working with third party vendors to identify issues with the telecom environment that directly affected the customers appliance.

Support and maintain customer equipment, both physical and virtual located in the datacenter. Running cable including category 5/6, and fiber from network rooms to customer equipment and inside customer enclosures. Operating system support for Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems including updates, disk space management, etc. Physical Server management including hardware replacements and support. Monitoring customer and data center facility equipment from both a reactive and proactive approach.

Supporting all Pantry stores across the east coast. Supported issues with point of sale systems, computer hardware, store phones, gas pump systems and data entry errors. Communicated to onsite non-technical personnel how to perform various technical tasks as needed to get issues corrected in a timely and efficient fashion.
