As a Training and Application Engineer at Rinnai Mexico, I provide technical support and training for the installation and operation of water heaters and other products. I have a Master of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de México, where I learned how to design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes and systems. I have over six years of experience in the engineering field, having worked as an Engineering Coordinator and a Laboratory Technician at Industrias Mass, a leading manufacturing company. I have developed skills in communication, project engineering, quality control, and laboratory analysis. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to improve the performance and efficiency of water heaters, water treatment, water filters and other products, as well as to educate and empower customers and colleagues. My goal is to contribute to the innovation and sustainability of the water and heating industry for the satisfaction and safety of the users.
