Shambhala Kickboxing is a recreational group and not focused on competition. The instructors are all volunteers and the training takes place in a disciplined, but relaxed atmosphere. Dedication and motivation are enough to participate. Since 2004 I am one of the instructors at Shambhala, where I teach thai- / kick boxing to youth and adults. I'm also an active member of the Shambhala board, where I participate in the decision making proces of the Foundation.
