• Preparation of long range plans for Capital and Operational needs of Corn, Cotton and Vegetable Breeding functions • Coordinating with Operations team members of Breeding and acting as a SPOC for Capitalization of Breeding projects• Preparing and monitoring yearly Capital and Operational budgets of Breeding functions• Analyzing variances between Budget and Actual expenses to facilitate Breeding teams to forecast and control their expenditure• Verifying compliance of FCPA guidelines, DOA limits, Company policies, Tax compliance and other legal aspects of Breeding Spend • Providing various Financial Analysis reports to Breeding Leads on specific requirement• Improving Operating Processes by acting as a SPOC among SSC, Breeding, Corporate Finance and Operation teams • Supporting in Farmer and Vendor Negotiations, Vendor reconciliations and for quick release of payments to Vendors• Training the Breeding Research teams on financial aspects and updating on changes in internal company policies and other finance updates • Coordinating with Breeding cost centre managers on their cost centre expense reports for cost control measures • Member of India Finance Controllership team and collectively shares the responsibility for the overall India Finance Controls

Monitoring the adherence of Company polocies by different stakeholders, both inside and outside of the commpany such as Sales Team, Service Team, Marketing and Logistics, Dealers, Distributors etc.Supporting the Sales team in commercial activities and monitering day to day routine activiites of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and other Branch Administrative activites

• Actively participated in successful claiming of various Incentives under Industrial Investment Promotion Policy of the State Government (IIPP)• Participated in migration from TALLY to SAP software of Fixed Assets Register• Handled Project capitalization and completed Tax Audit for the year• Analysis of Capital creditors and accounting Civil bills in project phase
