As the Operations Manager at Lease Drill, I lead with a vision to revolutionise the drilling industry and empower our clients with cutting-edge solutions.Before joining the dynamic world of drilling, I served as a Principal of a school for 5 years, honing my leadership skills. This experience instilled in me the values of integrity, teamwork, and effective communication - principles I now integrate into Lease Drill's operations. I am currently Deputy Principal at Kalgoorlie School of the Air 3 days per week where I support a committed team of educators deliver education to families who live remote. My diverse background equipped me with a wealth of skills, including business and finance management, human resources, and recruitment and retention strategies. At Lease Drill, I focus on cultivating a collaborative work environment, building strong relationships with our clients, driving performance, and fostering innovation.Beyond my professional role, I am also a Funeral Celebrant and proudly volunteer my time in various roles at Full Circle Therapies, a community organisation dedicated to supporting children in the Goldfields reach their full potential. I am the Secretary of Kalgoorlie City Junior Football Club and am on the committee for The Round Inc, a group of women who create iconic events over Kalgoorlie Race Round to promote Kalgoorlie as a dynamic, family friendly and welcoming town. The events draw in crowns from all over WA and Australia. In January this year I was awarded 2024 Volunteer of the Year by the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder. It was an honour to stand alongside so many other deserving volunteers who give so much of their time for our wonderful community. I am committed to leveraging my expertise to create meaningful solutions in the drilling industry and give back to the community that has supported me throughout my journey.I am excited to connect with like-minded professionals, industry partners, and individuals who share a vision for innovation and community growth.
