I’ve worked for large enterprises, the super trendy agency and then I went my own way and founded Capra Strategy. My most recent work had me developing leader-led social programs in a large enterprise upskilling over 10,000 leaders and supporting 30 leaders at the top level to deliver results that matter on social. Based out of Rochester, NY I live with two golden retrievers (Annie and Penny Lane), cats (Pink and Floyd - we adopted them and their names helped seal the deal), my incredible husband George, and my kids: Lexi, Braeden, Elliott, and Leora. I love photography (I shoot with a Nikon D5), plants (I aged the tree in our yard to be 88 years old) and I've become obsessed with landscape architecture.
