Head of the Children’s Ministry Department consisting of 150 children and 50 volunteers. Directed all programming and administrative tasks for children ages birth through 5th grade, including: Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, summer programming, and special events. Chose, ordered, organized, and distributed the curriculum for each program and age level. Recruited, trained and scheduled teams of volunteers. Maintained and evaluated volunteer performance using job descriptions. Provided care for children and families within the church including hospital visits and follow-up. Planned, coordinated with vendors, ordered supplies and staffed special events such as Fall Festival, Kids Camp and Kids Choir.• Grew the ministry from 50 to 150 children over a three year period • Created and distributed all written communications including emails, flyers, postcards, banners, newsletters, eblasts and social media posts • Accountable for a budget of over $26,000• Chosen out of 200 churches to be on a team of eight people for planning and implementing children’s volunteer training events for all Assemblies of God churches in the state of New Jersey

Oversaw the welfare of the students of Groundzero Master’s Commission (a nine month discipleship program for college age students). Carried out this role as a member of the GZMC staff team, working directly with the Director of Groundzero. Led a team of students to train and facilitate children’s ministry. Maintained the daily office responsibilities including, but not limited to, emails, phone calls, copies, mailers and grading.• Trained students on how to implement children’s ministry• Created and organized t-shirt, bracelets, giveaways, and promotional material through Adobe and Microsoft software for a ministry tour team which sold and distributed at conventions, rallies and churches • Headed two children’s ministries on Sunday mornings for seven months to fill a leadership void• Designed large scale VBS set designs and stage performances for a VBS of 800 elementary students• Supervised various teams of (15) students on tours, rallies and children’s ministry events• Helped develop the Missionary Track for students by going on a two week missions trip to the Dominican Republic to lay the groundwork for future missions teams• Managed VBS events in Guatemala, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic while leading an MC team of students
