Sterling Stamping Plant

- Lead the G Suite install for the manufacturing scope: ICT app remediation, Business app remediation, Gmail Migration, Communication and Training. - Managed the cross-functional coordination between ICT and SGPP divisional leads to develop the divisional access levels that all NAFTA SGPP implementations use.- Completed the data center upgrade project consisting of new UPS, CRACs, floor, ceiling and capacity to SSP. - Coordinated efforts between ICT Build and plant Manufacturing to implement six major version changes to SGPP to meet business requirements over a year timespan. - Ensured the continued development of team members by assigning long-term resources to SHAP launch efforts. - Lead SGPP launch activities to complete the install for 22 remaining lines of which 13 were complex installs- Coordinated the development of a standardized printer script used for all SGPP printer configuration

Conner Assembly Plant

- Developed supplemental employees’ careers to allow for growth into on-role positions.- Implemented and tested all new assembly system updates to verify functionality before roll-out to further assembly plants.- Provided plant tours to allow ICT members to experience a Manufacturing environment for a day.

Kokomo Transmission Plant

- Oversaw 8 employees to maintain proper ICT support at Kokomo Transmission and Casting Plants- Managed three electricians’ work plan tasks to meet plant network requirements- Worked with engineering and corporate LAN planner to create appropriate scopes of work for network install packages for launch activities taking place at both KTP and KCP- Coordinated corporate and local resources to successfully implement UPS component packout- Integrated Siemens DPV into the KTP layout rooms to allow for greater visibility to CMM quality data- Developed a tracking process in SharePoint for recording share drive access requests to fulfill a SOX requirement- Organized a team to develop a process to track FIS and MPTS dataflow from plant floor machines to end user data- Created a data repository for ICT Kokomo data warehousing to reduce ICT impact to share drive costs- Lead two P1/P0 ticket scenarios to prepare my team to handle crisis situations

Indiana Transmission Plant

- Coordinated with TMEC to create a customized share structure- Managed ITP’s network upgrade project- Functioned as IT2 ICT site lead for 6 months in 2014- Interfaced with corporate ICT to complete plant printer upgrade- Attended SharePoint Site Administrator training- Implemented “What’s Up Gold” at ITP and IT2- Led server and switch stack consolidation projects

Indiana Transmission Plant 2
