I have worked in REI since 2010, starting my career (internship to hire) at The Center for Infertility and Reproductive Surgery at BWH. After moving back to CT from Boston, I quickly joined the team at The Center for Advanced Reproductive Services in Farmington, CT. In the years since I’ve started, I assisted with the office relocation from the UConn Hospital campus to a brand new building. I helped streamline the in-office operative hysteroscopy procedure in the new office setting, working closely with the COO implementing protocols and procedures, as well as training new staff, initial exam room set up, ensuring competencies are met, organizing log books and starting another brand new location as a satellite office in Branford, CT. I’m incredibly detailed orientated, hard working, and driven to push my limits. I now am the nursing support/clinical coordinator for our shoreline office and pride myself for the impeccable patient care we service to our patients. I briefly left REI in 2016 and worked in a primary care setting which rewarded me with fundamental knowledge to help better understand the particular treatment protocols we serve at the Center. I continually maintained a per diem position with CARS throughout that time. As with anything I am passionate about, I don’t steer far for very long, and promptly returned when a new challenge presented itself to open our satellite location. I have been working hard to absorb every detail of each position in the office, having to start off with minimal staff as we grew into a full time office location. I have sat in each chair and continue to want to know more about this fascinating field.
