I am passionate about making contributions that support individuals and communities to be equipped to alleviate, respond, handle, and recover from personal and collective challenges and disruptions facing Australians, looking forward to 2050.I have 12 years experience contributing to Federal Government social policies that support vulnerable Australians, including involvement in recent natural disasters and COVID crises. I am studying various approaches to build on being a multi disciplinary mental health professional, to merge professional, educational and lived and living experiences focused on improving the ecosystem of mental and physical health for individuals and communities. I have specific interests in grief, death and loss; complex PTSD; developmental, intergenerational and collective trauma; child sexual abuse impacts, systems/complex thinking, and post-traumatic growth.
