• Developed approx 4 original animated content projects per quarter• Created visual concept art of backgrounds and character designs for original animated projects as well as production design for shows • Art directed the visual styles for all original content, including live action• Identified new production partners and talent for Toca TV projects• Direct liaison with partners for direction, and lead a team of artists• Art directed and designed platform elements like the Creation Tool Overlays and assisted with visual style for the platform

I was responsible for overseeing all new visual development as well as executing designs for new concepts. I worked on over 15 pitch bibles for multiple networks and clients all over the world. I lead small teams of designers on multiple projects as well as designers in China. I was involved with approvals from storyboard to final animation on every project in production. (Uyoung Media) 2015• Supervising Art Director for series (52 Episodes)• Created the concept art, pitch bible and characters• Managed US designers and supervised designers in China• Directed “Fowl Fashion” and wrote “Wombat’s Sleepover!”DOMO ROCK (NHK) 2014• Art Director and Lead Designer for this 26 min TV Special• Created the overall look and designed over 25 different characters in a variety of art styles• Managed team of designers to ensure that design schedule deadlines were met in a timely and efficient manner

I was responsible for creating digital backgrounds and characters in Photoshop. I started on the Wonder Pets! then moved onto development and production on the BBC / Disney Junior show 3rd & Bird.
