Aiding in procuring crypto mining hardware and infrastructure, crypto mining operation consultations and crypto mining sites/farm acquisition.

As administrative assistant I performed all forms of office work such as answering phones, scheduling, invoicing, parts ordering, handled payments and advertising. Other duties included, but not limited to, organizing files, HVAC parts and cleaning of the office space. I was in constant communication with technicians for directions and information obtained on previous visits. The majority of my duties were in customer care and relations. I helped customers with payments, information pertaining to personal accounts, connecting with technicians for questions about their HVAC equipment, complaints, payments, invoicing and scheduling. I entered data into Quickbooks from handwritten invoices written up by the technicians.

I help greet and meet with the new international students coming to MSU Bozeman. With this position I pick students up at the airport and take them to their dormatory. During this time I can help answer some basic questions the students may have about the university or Bozeman in general. I also help within the office as well. I assist the accountant with filing, making copies, creating Excel spreadsheets, and other duties. Also, I make international student identification cards for those students studying abroad. I also help make welcome packets for the new incoming students and visitors that contain information about the local area and what there is to do here. Although I do many other things in the office, these are my main duties within the office.

I began as a secondary insurance identification specialist. In this position, I called customers of the company for secondary insurance information and also verified the insurance benefits of these customers online. This position required a great deal of data entry. I worked in this position for about a year when I was moved over to the customer service. In this position I would take calls from customers about their billing and helped them to resolve any questions they may have. This position sometimes required me to call nursing facilities or doctors offices to obtain information about a patient in reference to the billing. Also in this position I would need to make copies and fax. This also required a great deal of very detailed data entry for patient records.
