As Client Experience Manager (CEM) initially managed an assigned book of business for clients who elected self-funded benefits, later serving as the Salesforce Team Champion. In this grant based role, served as project lead for COAP which involved initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing all aspects of program roll-out throughout the state of South Carolina with an initial funding of $450K. Created, developed and implemented a strategic project plan for the program as well as each territory due to unique population challenges and health disparities. Identified stakeholders and monitored their level of engagement and ensured consistent follow-up throughout the patient enrollment process. Analyzed data to project trends and build forecasts for program goals. Measured project performance and risk assessments using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Used appropriate verification techniques to manage change in project scope, schedule and costs while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Engaged vendors to determine best fit-language translations, hotel contracts, work product, MOU’s, Ensured Partner with leadership to ensure resource availability and allocation. Foster a proactive method to ensure quality assurance of Advocate processes with other departments and with project reporting, secured over $1.75M in funding until December 2019.The Territory Supervisor serves as PM (Project Manager) for the Community Outreach Advocacy Prograom (COAP).

Through project management lens, lead an array of clients in industries such as Healthcare, Asset Recovery, Nonprofit, Human Resources, and Business Operations. Engage a wide range of stakeholders as well as establish and clarify project objectives, goals, parameters, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines to all level of stakeholders through active listening, collaboration, and problem solving. Prior to the campus closing, the projects managed were those within the Career Services (CS) Dept. which included serving as Project Leader of the CS team and the Career Services Dept. Responsibilities included planning, executing, monitoring/controlling for fiscal planning, on-campus recruitment and interviewing processes as well as resume referral and job-listing services for current students as well as alumni. Constantly monitored, analyzed, and evaluated current scope of services offered through career services and planned, implemented, and directed new programs under the supervision of the Executive Director. Organized, communicated, and assigned daily tasks for each Career Services Associate (CSA). Planned and implemented innovative marketing strategies to identify and recruit potential stakeholders and successfully secured stakeholders such as Octapharma, Naval Medical Center-Portsmouth and others. Hired and trained CS team members. Cultivated graduates with additional skills to procure employment by improving their speaking skills and professional appearance. Mediated all stakeholder engagement such as client and student dialogue to create client/student synergy and to assist in building trust.

Manages and organize regional activities through directing the staff for each office. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the business through managing the internal staff, partnering with clients, assist in sales goals and marketing materials. Assist in payroll process, creating plans to increase profitability, manage cost and human resource training. Assist in creating policy for the Company at large and assist in meeting company wide sales goals.
