In this great country, there are many children graduating from High School that do not have the basic life skills to help them succeed in getting good jobs. While working in law enforcement I encountered many young adults seeking employment in my field. Some were not selected because they lacked the basic life skills to succeed in critical thinking and interviewing skills, just to name a few. Therefore a seed was planted when I retired that I would provide a service that would elevate their abilities by providing a training program in Life Skills and Job Readiness. This seed was and has become my mission. My company also provides training in diversity and seminars taught by experience clergy on topics for church organizations.
