Communications Specialist
Current- Delivering clear and concise communications to continuously improve the customer experience
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to challenge the norms and initiate positive change to the customer experience
- Working closely with the inflight retail team to manage multichannel communications on board, including the launch of the digital service 'easyJet onboard'
- Planning and challenging communication approaches through A/B testing and interpreting the analysis for future learning
- Project managing and owning commercial communications on projects such as cabin bags propositions, pre-flight emails and flight vouchers
- Managing close working relationships with key stakeholders across the customer experience team and beyond
