Assistant Trainer

I manage our direct mail program and have grown it from approximately 30,000 pieces per month to 80,000 pieces per month. I assist in the development of new pieces, handle the implementation of new pieces, organize our mail schedule, keep track of response, and am the liaison with our mail house from start to finish of each mail drop.I also oversee the company "intranet". I handle all updates to scripting and procedure and work with the head of IT concerning layout and any technical problems.I assist in making sure new processes and procedures are implemented smoothly across all departments and that the call center and sales teams are communicating effectively

I teach horseback riding lessons to all ages and levels. I handle all scheduling of clients, ring time, and lesson horse availability. I specialize in bringing intermediate riders to a more advanced level and getting them ready to show on the "A" circuit with our head trainer. The focus of lessons is on equitation and over fences work. I currently have students from 8 years old through adults.This position is part time, about 10 hours per week.

Started and ran horse training and instructing business. Focused on providing clients a better understanding of their horse to improve communication between horse and rider. Taught beginner through advanced riders. Started young horses under saddle and assisted with training problems such as leading, trailer loading, and spooking.I handled all aspects of the business from finances, business planning, marketing and working directly with clients.
