Create reactive jobs on the Corrigenda CAFM system and scheduling them to be completed by the selected timeframe.Update work schedules and planner on the CAFM system.Update client CAFM systems with work updates for in house and sub-contracted works as required to produce client monthly reports.Liaise with external contractors to attend site and gather updates on work in progress.Liaise with and provide feedback to customers on the progress of jobs outstanding.Relaying instructions to engineers and collating details of works in progress.Ensure engineers attending jobs are appropriately qualified to do so.Liaise with contract managers and engineers to ensure effective communication.

• Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high level customer service for internal and external customers. • Assist in managing risks within the business by understanding its risk management policies and ensuring compliance from the team.• Work directly with Store Associates providing leadership and motivation.•Managing KPIs, implementing short and long term plans to ensure we are hitting company targets.•Managing Stock and Cash, Profit and loss, Customer experience, controllable costs, Attrition and Payroll.•Responsible for Health and Safety in stores, new starter and refresher training. Along with being emergency first aid trained.
