The Netherlands-African Business Council (NABC) is the leading organisation for trade and investment facilitation for Africa in the Netherlands. NABC believes that the Dutch private sector has a prominent role to play in the sustainable development of the African continent. My job duties included, but were not limited to:Assisting with Coordinating incoming trade delegations from Nigeria, Liberia, Ethiopia, Sierra LeoneDrafting proposals for new event ideas.Assisting with coordinating events, seminars, and workshops for the Dutch/European private sector that showed interest in developing business in African countries.Assisting with organising, planning, implementing key NABC events such as the Ambassadors Dinner, the New Year's Reception, Invest in Ethiopia Forum, The South Africa Investment Forum, The Africa Business Club, The Francophone Africa Business Forum, The Sierra Leone business day.These events gathered 60 to 350 people from all over the world, but mostly from Europe and Africa. Improved marketing skills by using the following tools: Nutshell, Google Drive, Mailchimp, and Canva.
