We are a 6th generation family farm with 1500+ family owned row crop and pasture acres and over 1700 total managed acres of row crop and an annually growing 280 head cow/calf heard. We feed out our own calves to fats. No, we're not organic, grass fed or any other labels we have to pay the big bucks to get, we raise GMO. But, we're healthy. My main duties are expansion, GPS data records, financial management, crop marketing, succession planning, networking and manage the company website and social media outlets. But, I love to agvocate!

Being interested in grape and wine production, I did my internship at a local winery. The owner was producing 3000-5000 gallons of wine in the basement of his home. I helped with vine pruning, business planning, expansion and development, wine fermentation, wine cold stabilization, wine bottling & labeling. Within a year after my internship was completed, the winery was moved to a beautiful building overlooking the Mississippi River bottoms and production increased. The business has become very successful in wine sales and events.

As a lifeguard at WIU Campus Recreation, I maintained a safe and clean environment for pool patrons and ensured the safety of pool patrons, water polo players during matches and SCUBA divers during SCUBA courses and SCUBA club meetings. I also maintained clean cardio equipment for facility users.
