Provide direct care and parenting supports to individuals in the Parenting Education program Ensures compliance with the Allegheny Department of Human Services/Office of Intellectual Disabilities Monitors the health, safety, and welfare of the individuals supported Communicates and informs the Parenting Education Specialist of barriers in providing supports to the parentEnsures effective communication with the individuals supported, identified family members and other people involved in the provision of supports for the individual

Conducts service appointments with members including body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, proper form of exercise, etc.Consults with members to determine and define needs and problem areas,Advises members on methods of solving fitness needs or problems and recommends specific solutions,Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with member’s personal fitness and exercise goals,Continually monitors facility, including locker rooms for cleanliness and tidiness.Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by corporate team,Provide guidance and manage full time training staff

Instruct members on the proper use of a variety of exercise equipment Assess established programs and develop new programming based on member’s interestEducate members on the basic principles of health and wellness, including nutritionPerform pre-program screenings to ensure the safety of the member Responsible for scheduling, data entry, quality assurance Promote participation in activities, in-club programs and personal training packages

Answer all incoming inquiries and obtain appropriate information to answer appropriately Enforce policies to provide a safe and welcoming facility Handle member service issues to include: lost and found items and missing membership cardsPerform safety checks during the shift to ensure facility is secured and safe

Manage 5-10 program staff Plan and coordinate large and small motor skills activities at site,Encourage children’s growth in character development through honesty, caring, respect and responsibility,Be a role model and teacher of good communication skills, listening skills, cooperation, problem solving and self-control,Be a “Team Player” through building strong relationships with staff, children, and parents,Follow state regulation licensing requirements to maintain a safe and nurturing environment,Maintain stimulating environment for approximately 30 children on a daily basis
