I worked 2-4 days a month in a prestige restaurant within the football ground. I serve food to the guests and deal with any requests they may have. I also set up tables making sure they are to higher standards and ensuring they enjoy their visit.

I worked in a busy city centre Hotel checking in/out guests and ensuring they had a good stay within the hotel and dealing with any requests/complaints which they had. I had to take payments through faxes. I also done some housekeeping making sure the rooms was to correct standards for the guests.

I worked in a hospitality role in a busy Bar/ Restaurant environment in which i had to work to a strict time schedule to ensure that the costumers had the best service possible and enjoyed their experience. I cleaned the seating areas so that it was ready for the next customers to sit down and enjoy and also helped clean the kitchen. The restaurant would be a club in the night in which I had to clean and collect glasses. I also helped set up Christmas and birthday bookings.

I was working for a security company vacuuming, polishing and other general cleaning of offices, toilets and the kitchen area.

I worked for a company which worked for several companies which included Coca Cola, EDF Energy, Love film, Action for children in which I had to speak to the public face to face. I learnt how to create positive people and how to overcome people who wasn’t interested. I learnt how to create a great introduction and short story which leads to an easy presentation and close so that the costumer understands and makes them more interested in the product.
