Hello all! I am a Social worker at heart with a Passion for all things Automobile. Started my career out in the Social Work field working for the Non Profit Big Brothers Big Sisters. After a few years my burning desire for entrepreneurship and family passion for Cars inherited from my father, my husband A Auto Collision tech, and I opened our own Collision Center. Millennium Auto Collision Repairs was our dream and we found ourselves 16 years later one of the most successful collision centers in North Eastern TN. We served not only as Direct repairers for Companies such as State Farm and Geico we also handled Eastman Chemical Company's fleet with our 24,000 square feet and 22 employees. We achieved they say the ultimate success when a large Nationwide MSO found us and purchased us out after 17 years of hard work and dedication to Millennium and it's Team!Today, I've kinda leaned back into my Social work heart and found that after the world experiencing Covid and the employment impact or lack there of employees it has had on companies world wide I love the mission of nGaje! So, I am now spending my spare time when not being a sports mom to high school student, focused on nGaje. nGaje is a Survey and Poll Tools for Employers to offer easy online completely anonymous way for employees to be engaged with their employer with out fear. Offering employers knowledge to help their teams perform more effectively and maximize their potential to meet the goals of the business. We are not just Surveys! We are performance management, Learning & development, Generate data collection and much more. nGaje was born from the experiences of Chris and Gillian Haythornthwaite, owners and operators. Gillian has over 30 years in Human Resource Management from a large Billion dollar company where she provided the most effective human resource management possible. Chris with well over 30 years in the Software Development and multiple business ownership, combined his talent with his wife's and together they created nGaje! So America.. LET's nGaje!I found as a business owner, the more I made my employees feel apart of the business as a whole and valued, the better my company ran and the happier the customers were! Large Super Markets such as Marks & Spencer trust nGaje, and many others. nGaje is wildly successful in the UK and I know what it can do here in The US for our businesses to help them achieve their highest quality and performance.
