Primary responsibility for all litigation matters, pre-litigation negotiations, employment and human resources legal support, worker’s compensation, general/freight/property claims, insurance, risk management, immigration, and mergers and acquisitions support.

 Concentration on corporate and business litigation, including labor and employment, class actions, products liability, tort, corporate contractual disputes, and insurance coverage actions in both state and federal court. Trial counsel in an employment class action based on purported misclassification of taxi drivers as independent contractors; full defense verdict obtained at trial. Lead arbitration counsel in a patent license agreement dispute involving over $8 million in damages. Lead counsel directing analytics document review for multidistrict product liability class action litigation with a database of over eleven million documents, which included supervising a team of thirty-five attorneys.  Second-chaired binding arbitration involving a contentious business dispute, including taking direct testimony of various witnesses, drafting and arguing Motions in Limine, and witness preparation. Counsel on a high profile products liability action involving the death of a four-year-old child. Acted as the primary contact for the product seller, took witness depositions and argued various pre-trial motions. Handled the appellate oral argument in a real estate dispute involving a $46 million dollar property, which resulted in a published decision in the client’s favor.
