As a 2023 Master of Environment and Sustainability graduate, from Monash University, I was privileged to immediately apply my acquired skills in an amazing employment opportunity with the City of Launceston. The position of Waste and Environment Officer is a 12-month contract, ending in May 2024, which has already offered me numerous opportunities to grow an improve my skill set. The role has enlightened me on the many challenges faced by a governing body on a daily basis and allowed me the honour of expanding my acquired knowledge.
