Created in April of 2011, the Client Relations department at Paycom is truly the result and expression of the dedication we have for our current clients. Resulting from client feedback and the drive to create an even higher retention ratio, Paycom has implemented this department to work in tandem with your payroll specialist, provide expert training and software information, make users and executives of your organization aware of enhancements, and to implement additional services that are truly integrated with your payroll software. As a part of our "Outside" team of professionals I am responsible for clients in the Greater Los Angeles area. We strongly believe that interacting and being available to our clients in person is a necessary step in creating lasting relationships with them. My time is spent between office phone calls and personal demonstrations on the services we offer. As your organization expands and diverts to many different areas of reaching your customers, our vision is to expand along with you. We believe that just because your employee count grows or you add a location, doesn't mean you have to restructure your payroll and HRIS. To prove that philosophy, we have integrated several features that will cut unnecessary labor hours, streamline manual spreadsheets and processes, and reduce the time spent on auditing and compliance records.
