A work-study position through Saint Vincent College Admissions. Consists of giving campus tours and leading larger admissions events.

Using the software xLights, I programmed complex light sequences to fit with music. When listeners stopped and tuned to a specific radio frequency, the light-covered house and office would synch with the music as part of a holiday display. This job required creativity, some musical skill, and basic programming knowledge.

Based on letters from the Civil War and Reconstruction Governors of Mississippi (CWRGM) database, I am using GIS to map the path of enslaved persons to emancipation through the lens of slave impressment. I will be presenting this research at a symposium at the end of July 2024.
