Managed the entire process from sourcing suitable products in the market, budgeting, and tendering, to overseeing the implementation project and post-live support. Collaborated with various stakeholders on functional requirements, system integration technical specifications and solutions, data migration, and managing both functional and technical timelines.● Successfully managed the implementation of a bespoke system for an online medical and dental claim project, serving as the key person in providing solutions for this new system.● Contributed to the PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade team, facilitating user training, UAT, go-live preparation, and post-live support.● Provided ongoing support for HR systems, working closely with business stakeholders and IT to review new change requests, optimize HR business processes, and resolve reported issues. ● Key accomplishment:✓ Managed the sourcing, implementation, and support of a new SaaS-based Performance Management System.
