- Leads and oversees a team of three in coordinating room set ups and coordinating/managing conference room support services (e.g., cleaning services; beverage/food deliveries; AV support; security services; etc.)- Supports Urban’s Events team in the execution of regular convenings including attending planning meetings and arranging for appropriate team coverage of events (before, during and following the event).- Manages Urban’s room reservation system including coordinating room scheduling and resolving double bookings or other space reservation conflicts through a collaborative and equitable decision-making approach.- Operates building management systems including Urban’s office directory, security control system, emergency management, helpdesk ticketing, etc.- Collaborates with senior management to refine policies and procedures for allocating space and supporting room reservation requests.
