Cassandra is a growing professional with a wealth of experience in the nonprofit sector, community engagement, policy and program development and project management. She has experience in a range of workspaces and working with populations of people. With her Bachelor’s degree in Gender and Women’s Studies and Master’s degree in Advocacy and Political Leadership she’s eager to use the interconnected disciplines towards individual and collective justice & transformation. She frequently engages in a variety of learning opportunities so you can count on Cassandra to bring new perspectives and ideas to the table. Her ability to weave her passions, skills and experiences to create safe spaces to imagine the world we want to live in is uplifting. Cassandra is looking forward to contributing her skillset and leadership to a dynamic team. Cassandra’s past experiences in the nonprofit sector have strengthened her skills of logistics coordination and increasing organizational effectiveness. Throughout her employment history Cassandra had maintained a full-time job and acted as a full-time student. She is no stranger to time-management and self-discipline. Although Cassandra is no longer a student she still navigates the world with an open mind and ready to learn. In her spare time, Cassandra consults on projects, team/organizational developments and takes on logistics coordinating roles to support organizations that are values aligned.In the future Cassandra hopes to open “Planting Seeds of Change” her consulting LLC in which she can bring her passions, values and expertise to growing organizations to support their development, talent acquisition, and general operations.
