This is a weekend job that I do for love which has also given me amazing experience in management and problem solving. I manage a crew of 10 people overseeing all aspects of the event from set up on a Saturday morning to pack down on the Sunday afternoon. This includes ensuring all health and safety paperwork is correct, overseeing the technical aspects of video and photo capturing and production, ensuring that team morale is always high and customer service levels are kept to an exceptional standard. The role is customer facing but also entails liaising with venue owners and occasionally health and safety officers. Key to the role is the provision of continuous staff training and development and end of day reporting to company directors all in a high stress environment.I was part of the team that broke the World Record for the most bungee jumps in an hour in 2010 and am also the only female bungee instructor to have worked in the Middle East.
