▪ Addresses customer service related opportunities and feedback. ▪ Aids in hiring and performance reviews for the Division Lead Sales and Service Managers. ▪ Works with District Mangers in Division to increase sales, improve customer service efforts and drive programs and initiatives. ▪ Conduct performance monitoring of staff, initiating follow through with corrective action and termination in consultation with the Division Manager and Human Resources when appropriate.▪ Interview, hire, orientate, train, and retrain staff. Mentor, motivate, and develop staff and act as a role model and resource to them.▪ Develop and enhance working relationships with other departments within Gordon Food Service to enhance teamwork and sales opportunities. ▪ Develop synergy with the GFS Distribution sales team to create mutually beneficial relationships that drive sales and distribution customer satisfaction, to grow market share for GFS and GFS Store’s.▪ Support new stores and new market entry by driving sales related activities such as: sales strategy development, GFS sales team coordination, sales, service & product training and grand opening sales & marketing execution to ensure achievement of new store sales plans.▪ Oversee the orientation and training for Sales and Service Assistant Managers.▪ Understands and analyzes the key performance indicators for the division.
