Advised and counseled human resource professionals, corporate executives, and in-house counsel in all areas of labor and employment law, including litigation avoidance strategies, employee discipline and discharge issues, employee benefits, and personnel policies and practices. Extensive experience with workplace investigations and a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators.

Represented companies across various industries including financial, real estate, construction, food and beverage, retail/manufacturing, and pharmaceutical in litigation involving commercial disputes, consumer class actions, construction litigation, intellectual property, employment, and product liability. Represented companies in class actions brought under the California Invasion of Privacy Act ("CIPA") and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and defended companies in lawsuits involving claims brought under various state consumer protection and false advertising statutes.
