I currently am focused on Marine Corps ground equipment operations and sustainment data improvement and analysis. I am constantly working to improve not only the quality and confidence of our data, but the process and procedures from user input to back-end data use. I am overseeing development of operations and support database for logistics and cost use internal to the Command and PEO-LS, multiple efforts across the enterprise related to sustainment and repair of our ground equipment, and work with financial audit compliance initiatives for logistics data, policy and procedures. I previously worked Earned Value and also led an enterprise IPT to improve the way that the Marine Corps collected, analyzed and reported ground equipment sustainment data and costs. In this position I overcame daily challenges working with multiple goals and personalities across the enterprise, ensuring focus on one enterprise goal, During my time as the lead, one of my tasks was focused on ensuring leadership was properly briefed the current data issues and consequences of using it, and the best path forward for for reporting purposes. This enterprise effort required knowledge of current and legacy supply and maintenance systems, data and associated business rules. My efforts brought our data issues to the forefront of decision makers and has had a positive impact on the way Marines do business. My prior position was the lead for Cost Analysis for the Light Tactical Vehicle PMO. I successfully led the highly contentious cost of the JLTV program as it maneuvered it's way through the Milestone B process. With cost as it's number one killer multiple times in Congress, I played a large part in ushering it through cost trades and multiple high level taskers to success.I have a great deal of integrity and am driven to ensure our Marines have the best equipment available to perform their mission and leadership has the best information available for decision making purposes.

I served as the cost analyst for the AFSSS (Space Fence), in Fredericksburg, VA.

For AAI, I worked as the cost analyst for the F-22 maintenance trainers and other related programs.
