Oversee the day-to-day functions of base communications equipment and cyber security measures through personnel management. Continuously monitor and analyze the cyber threat landscape, staying ahead of emerging threats and ensuring the security of networks. Oversee all squadron personnel deployment and readiness standards. Ensure open communication up and down the chain of command. Create and maintain a culture of excellence and innovation to ensure a leading-edge cyber team.

I coordinate international Civ-Mil cooperation between the host nations, the Department of State, and DoD equities. I coordinate, plan and program large scale readiness exercises, embassy disaster response exercises, and small-scale subject matter expert exchanges. I manage multi-million-dollar defense projects and contract execution for our partners. I am skilled at providing public affairs releases, high-level briefings to senior leaders (to include US cabinet level members), managing multi-million-dollar budgets, leading a team of professionals to accomplish our mission, and representing the US with our international partners.

Ensures internal systems and procedures for carrying out the organization's administrative functions. Accomplish or assign actions/staff work to subject matter experts/functional proponents as appropriate based on knowledge of organizational responsibilities, familiarity with subject matter, and broad guidance from the command group. Initiate, plan, direct, and/or participate in special studies and projects in areas such as: education and curriculum resource utilization, personnel management, logistical support, knowledge management, and readiness programs. Act as liaison to the Joint Operations Center in all Wing Emergency Operations Center processes. Represent the Wing in meetings with congressional, state and local officials. Special interest and business group spokespersons to market and advertise ANG programs, activities, and requirements to gain support for ANG missions.Act as the Wing Public Affairs Officer (PAO}, draft, develop, and finalize narratives, prepare and coordinate news releases with State JFHQ to support communication with local media, high-ranking public officials, corporate leadership, civic groups, other reserve components, Air Force, Army, National Guard Bureau (NGB} and respective headquarters staff representatives. Assists the Inspector General and Intelligence office with writing scenarios for base-wide exercises.

Develop individual lesson plans for students with disabilities. Identify significant classroom and life stressors for students, coordinate with professionals within the educational community to mitigate these stressors. Develop behavior intervention plans for students with emotional disabilities. Design and implement specific goals and objectives for students while collecting and analyzing data specific to the student progress and tailoring learning programs to meet the desired student performance levels and outcomes. Develop data collection methods to monitor student progress in a numerical format. Instruct classes in science and math. Coordinate and lead meetings with parents, staff and community members in support of student growth and advocacy. Represent and advocate for special needs students in the community and at various school functions.
