• Co-facilitate adult and adolescent intensive outpatient program utilizing the Dialectical Behavior Therapy model• Participate in weekly interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, presenting patient cases as required• Shadow and facilitate intake assessments for outpatient program candidates• Perform one-on-one individual therapy sessions with patients• Document patient progress notes within electronic health record system

• Provide case management to agency clients for direct services • Counsel clients on budgeting, financial assistance, landlord-tenant issues, and job placement• Connect clients to local resources for access to various social services • Act as a liaison and advocate for clients with local government agencies

• Direct point of contact for practice, providing excellent customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction• Liaise between patients, clinicians, and internal departments to support accurate, detailed communication of information and timely delivery of services• Address and resolve any non-clinical issues presented by patients, often having to diffuse tense situations• Participate in community outreach and event planning by engaging with staff and community members
