As the Director of the Northwestern Academy for Chicago Public Schools, I lead a team of educators who support high-achieving, diverse, and first-generation students from low-income backgrounds to pursue academic excellence, college access, and professional growth. For over ten years, I have been designing and implementing innovative programs that leverage EdTech, systems thinking, and social impact to create positive outcomes for over 200 students and their families annually.I am also an MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management, where I am developing my strategy, management, leadership, organizational development, and financial management skills. With over 15 years of experience in education and counseling, my mission is to empower people of all ages and backgrounds to navigate education systems and achieve their full potential as informed and engaged citizens.
