As Marketing Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the marketing and business development aspects of Artius.Our team achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by: - Contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; - Preparing and completing action plans - Identifying trendsI am responsible for Business Development branch of Marketing Department by identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.Along with my team I manage Artius' relationships with key stakeholders to ensure open lines of communication are maintained and customer's needs are met and exceeded.

As the Regional Manager for Health Cassandra was responsible for managing and overseeing the service delivery of the Gold Coast Allied Health Team.This role included people management, team performance and clinical development and mentoring.Cassandra also managed the daily operations of the administration team including management of accounts receivable and client and stakeholder management.A key component of this role was to engage with local stakeholders and referrers to build awareness of Artius and its service lines and increase engagement from the community, Medical and Allied Health professionals and Government agencies.

Cassandra delivered Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology Service to a diverse group of clientele. These clients ranged in age from paediatric and adolescent conditions through to adult and geriatric clients seen in rooms and within aged care facilities.Cassandra developed a passion for occupational health and rehabilitative services providing onsite rehabilitation for Redland City Council Employees and working closely with Workcover Qld and Australia Post client advisors and return to work managers.Cassandra's other passion, sports and exercise also led her to provide services for several local and representative sporting teams, providing injury management services in the sports of Rugby Union and Netball for 5 years.
