Cassandra Simone is a Quality Control Chemist at Lannett Company, Inc.. Colleagues describe them as "I had the opportunity to Supervise Cassandra at Lannett in the Quality Control lab. She is a hard-working team player that is eager to learn new things. She joined our team with limited lab experience and quickly adapted to the role as a Quality Control Chemist learning testing techniques such as Dissolution, Assay, Impurities, Content Uniformity all tested via HPLC analysis. In addition to the testing techniques learned, Cassandra also learned all steps and requirements necessary for the tracking and inventory of controlled substances since DEA products were the focus of the team during her transition to the laboratory. For many, this process is overwhelming, but she took the challenges in stride as she learned her new role. Communication is a great strength for Cassandra. She is able to communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written correspondence. In addition to her excellent communication skills and adaptability, Cassandra is always willing to help her peers whenever time allows which is respected and appreciated by all members of the team. Cassandra was an asset to the team and I would gladly work with her again in the future!"
