I specialise in international space law, space security, the law of armed conflict applied in outer space, and global space governance. I have two decades of experience as a professor in space law, public international law, international criminal law, criminal law, comparative law, and legal research methods, and I have been Executive Director of a range of academic and not-for-profit organisations. In my independent space security, space law and space governance consulting practice I have advised the Australian, Canadian and US governments. Having lived, studied and worked in 5 countries on 4 continents I bring an international perspective to all my work and life adventures.
