Provide cost benefit analyses, monthly budget forecasts, etc.-Maintain high standards of excellence while providing a clean and safe environment-Main contact for all Vendor Relations, Pricing Compliance, and Quality Control questions, resolutions, and maintenance-Develop tracking reports to assist multiple departments in optimizing tactics, performance, and future projections

-Manage teams in multiple offices-Schedule and run conference calls and meetings with vendors and/or coworkers to address concerns as necessary-Address non-compliance issues with the Buying Department and vendors

-Liaison between the Corporate Office and the Distribution Center -Responsible for vendor compliance and maintaining “store-ready” standards-Track projects on Excel Spreadsheets for necessary parties to stay updated

-Manage store location and 15 employees-Accountable for accurate currency allocations in registers and store safe-Interact with customers and the corporate office daily

-Contact for customers to schedule reservations for rental properties-Maintain company website, Facebook account, and Twitter account-Create invoices for maintenance performed on vacation properties-Manage all “School Year” tenants’ contracts, notices, and check-ins
