Currently working with our customers on their auto claims. I work quickly and efficiently to get our claims finalized for our customers. This includes taking recorded statements, creating scene diagrams, looking at police reports and setting liability. I work directly with our customers, estimators and managed repair representatives to get vehicles fixed and paid for in a short time period. I also handle the total loss of vehicles and work directly with the customer on their total loss.*As the work environment liason I work closely with management and my peers. I hold and sit in on meetings to work with and listen to my peers regarding their work environment and serve as a sounding board for any changes we can implement in the office.
