Cassandra is an LCSW-C in the state of Maryland. She is the Owner of AIM Wellness, a private mental health practice, as well as the Co-Owner and Chief Operation Officer (COO) of Empowerment of Success, a Maryland approved Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) service provider. Cassandra has 10 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities, and a variety of psychiatric disorders, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, and personality disorders, etc. She is passionate about ending the stigma surrounding mental illness, providing resources to individuals with mental health diagnosis, and creating a supportive environment for her clients to thrive. She is a member of the Frederick County Rotary Club and part of the Frederick County Health Department's Mental Health Local Health Improvement Planning (LHIP) Workgroup.
