Owned by Age UK Norfolk, I initiated and led a major rebranding programme from inception to launch, managing the operational team and facilities following the launch to ensure maximum income generation for the charity.

I developed a business that was the most successful Early Years Recruitment Consultancy in East Anglia as well as ‘the agency of choice.’

Whilst at the John Lewis Partnership I had a number of opportunities including - Responsibility for recruiting 1000 employees for their new Canary Wharf flagship store. - The recruitment and training of employees for new Waitrose stores in Droitwich and Lichfield and a Safeway’s acquisition in Lincoln.
