I currently am the Director of Commercial Lending & Loan Administration. I manage a team and oversee, underwrite and develop commercial loan products & programs that help minority, disadvantaged and low to moderate income individuals and families finance entrepreneurship and housing needs. Prior to this, I was the Director of Commercial / Residential Lending for both foreign & domestic lending for an offshore bank. I worked for a community development organization for 9 years as the Program / Project Manager & Lending Manager which included developing, implementing, marketing, underwriting, and managing construction projects for several energy programs and a job retention program. I oversaw the Project management of community development projects for both housing/public facilities & economic development as well a tax credit program. I also provided presentations on our various programs to assist communities around the state. I have over 20 years experience in the banking industry in a variety of management and executive positions including Director of Commercial Lending, VP Commercial Banking and Consumer Banking. Served as VP of Business Banking as the Regional Development Officer & VP of Commercial Lending. I also held successive positions in Consumer Banking as Branch manger at three locations. I have a proven track record in Director, Business Development, Community & Economic Development, Commercial Lending, Management and Outreach. Prior experience in investments as I provided investments choices to clients and also worked as a Financial Service Provider enabling my clients with a variety of investment and insurance options.I am very committed to my community as well as working on internationally humanitarian projects. I have traveled to Honduras for the past 15+years working on water sanitation projects and I also worked in India. I'm the Director for Rotary in Community Development assisting in putting together projects worldwide and on numerous BOD, President of two organizations and volunteer with several other community projects.
